Catalyst Private Credit was founded by lenders who spent their careers inside bank credit departments and grew tired of watching good transactions die for lack of time or imagination. We lend from committed capital provided by family offices, foundations and accredited investors, and every credit decision is made by the partners of the firm. Our mandate is simple: real assets, conservative loan-to-value, a credible exit and a borrower we would want to work with again.
